| The microAIR MA95Z is the best mattress you can get to treat pressure sores while providing a great night sleep. The MA95Z is fully customizable. The Blower unit allows for Lateral Rotation with Alternating Pressure and True Low Air Loss. The Lateral Rotation can handle up to 45 degrees of rotation. This level of rotation dramatically helps patients who suffer with or are susceptible to pressure sores. Simply push a button to rotate the mattress, or set the Blower on a scheduled cycle for hands-free operation. The Blower can provide alternating, static and pulse therapies in addition to the lateral rotation and continuous true low air loss relief. For additional comfort, this mattress has a urethane quilted cover to guard against friction and shear. Invacare's microAIR Lateral Rotation Mattresses provides pressure relief and moisture maintenance for patients who need to be turned because of pressure ulcers or other health indications. This therapeutic system offers relief for pressure ulcers from stages I through IV. | Wireless Auto Fowler to Prevent Bottoming Out  | The microAIR state of the art controller technology monitors the blower and compressor speeds to maintain the appropriate surface pressure once it has been set. Furthermore, the lateral rotation mode will automatically be stopped when the bed is in the fowler or upright mode. Safety and comfort were the two key features Invacare considered during the design of the MA95Z. Running along both sides of the bed are soft bolsters to help cradle the patient. These bolsters receive constant air pressure to prevent the patient from rolling into the bed rails. Another protective measure of the MA95Z Series for patient safety is that the mattress re-centers the patient between rotations. |
